XPL series is our premium offering in high-rate power backup applications meant for N. America, S. America, and Asia-Pacific markets, taking HR, UPS, and HRL designs even further to provide extended service life and even higher power density in top terminal designs.
- Capacity range is from 200W/cell to 650W/cell (15-min rate @ 1.67Vpc).
- Wafer-thin plate technology combined with special proprietary formula utilizing 99.99% pure lead ingot in production for lead oxide, lead plate grids, and other lead components.
- Design life of up to 10 years in standby service.
- Optional flame-retardant ABS case construction.
- UL1973 Certified (file number MH66728) + UL recognized under UL1989 (file number MH14533).
- Comply with IATA/ICAO Special Provision A67 for air transport, are classified per MG Amendment 27 as a non-hazardous material for water transport and recognized by DOT as “Dry charge” 49 CFR 171-189 for surface transport.
